Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or national holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship within Ecuador using Servientrega and offer the following delivery options:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available) so you can follow the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing your purchase. Amalgama is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
